Course Description:
The State BAR Exam Preparation Course provides a comprehensive program designed to cover both theoretical and practical aspects of Macedonian law, including civil, criminal, commercial, labor, administrative, constitutional, and international law. The course aligns with the Program for the Bar Exam adopted by the Ministry of Justice, based on the Law on the Bar Exam. The curriculum offers detailed lessons and access to all required materials for successful preparation.
The training is designed in line with the program determined by the Ministry of Justice, under Article 5, paragraph 4 of the Law on the Bar Exam (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia, no. 190/19). Professors will lead the theoretical part, while legal practitioners such as judges, prosecutors, and notaries will lead the practical training.
Course Structure:
Module 1: Civil Law (Material and Procedural)
- Fundamentals of civil law including contract law, property law, and family law
- Civil procedural law including filing claims, court procedures, and dispute resolution

Module 2: Criminal Law (Material and Procedural)
- Criminal offenses, sentencing, and liabilities under Macedonian law
- Criminal procedural law including pre-trial, trial, and appeals

Module 3: Commercial Law
- Key concepts in commercial transactions, corporate law, and insolvency
- Case studies on commercial disputes

Module 4: Labor Law
- Employment law including contracts, rights, and dispute management
