Cloud Systems Program

Welcome to the Cloud Systems Program at the IT Academy, part of the Lifelong Learning Center at the International Balkan University. This program is crafted to provide comprehensive training in cloud computing, preparing students to design, manage, and secure cloud infrastructure and services effectively.

Program Offerings:

  • Fundamentals of Cloud Computing: Introduction to cloud computing, covering the basic concepts, technologies, and architecture of cloud services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

  • Cloud Infrastructure and Services: Detailed study of cloud infrastructure components, virtualization technologies, storage solutions, and computing power management.

  • Cloud Security and Compliance: Focuses on the security challenges in cloud computing and teaches strategies to ensure data protection, compliance with regulations like GDPR, and risk management.

  • Cloud Networking: Covers the configuration and management of virtual networks in the cloud, including VPNs, direct connect services, and troubleshooting network issues.

  • Cloud Application Development: Teaches how to develop, deploy, and scale applications in the cloud using platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

  • DevOps in the Cloud: Introduces DevOps principles and practices as they apply to cloud-based environments, focusing on continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation tools.

  • Data Management and Analytics in the Cloud: Explores data storage, database management, and analytics platforms available in the cloud, emphasizing big data and machine learning applications.
